Most (if not all) sessions will include some form of hands-on manual therapy that can include anything from soft tissue mobilization to cupping. Afterwards, the remainder of the session will consist of active treatment in the form of exercise, activity modifications, motor control and movement re-training, or anything else warranted to help you reach your goals.

There are a handful of factors that will influence how many sessions you’ll need- age, how long you’ve had the pain/injury, activity level, etc. We’ve found that most patients only need around 4-8 treatments. Florida is a Direct Access state, meaning that you do not need a physician’s referral to begin physical therapy with us for the first 30 days. After the first 30 days you would need a referral to continue physical therapy. This means that you have the freedom to start getting relief for your pain immediately! Reach out to us so we can help you get started.
